On 05-13-09 @ 3:52 pm Station 152 was dispatched to smoke in a bedroom @ 310 Station St.  152 S-1 (Mike Arnal) arrived on scene and advised 152 Eng 6 that there was smoke show from the 2nd floor window. 152 Engine 6 arrived on scene with 152 L-6. L-6 took his crew into the 2nd floor and found that a lamp had shorted out .  The crew then used the thermal camera to see if there was any hot spots. L-6 advised Command that they were making a hole in the wall. Once the hole was made 152 L-6 told Command that fire was out. Command then had all 152 equipment return to service.
